My health had gotten so bad I decided I had to do something drastic. I chose to go vegan. On the way to the 18 day program I stopped and to have dinner at a place that served the biggest steak I could find. I told my husband it would probably be my last supper. I went kicking and screaming but I knew I wanted to live because I also knew I was dying. It was the best decison I ever made.
3 days later I was off all my medications for diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure and a myriad of other medications for different syndromes and pain. I believe in this program so much I became a Vegan Chef, Vegan Pastry Chef and Nutrition Coach because I want everyone to know the freedom and health I have found.
